Daruka Mica tubes are made from selected ruby mica splitting with suitable binder, insulating paper or glass fabric under pressure it is baked to form the rigid Mica Tubes.
Daruka Mica tubes have execellent electrical and mechnical property, can be used as casing, sleeves insulation for the electrical instrument (Apparatus).
Two types of Mica Tubes are made :
First is Shellac Mica Tubes having "B" class insulation.
Second is Glass Mica Tubes having "F" class insulation.
Daruka Mica tubes have Di-electrical strength not less than 10 kv/mm.
Daruka Mica tube have Shelf life of 6 months if kept in cool atmosphere.
Tolerance in length will be 5 mm. & in ID & OD + 1 mm.
Daruka Mica Tubes will have a metallic sound.
Daruka Mica Tubes can be made 48" long.
Daruka Mica Tubes can be made as per customer requirements, Square mica tubes can also be made as per special request.
Packing :each tubes are packed in polyethylene sleeves for avoiding humidity, deflaking of edges.
